Rodney Jr. is the founder and Tour Director of TOUR MODE: Bootcamp, blending over a decade of experience in the dance industry with a strong background in professional event production. As a former touring convention manager, stagehand, and creative producer, he has worked alongside top choreographers, artists, and industry leaders — producing national workshops, intensive weekends, and branded experiences across the country. With roots in event planning, hospitality, and dance education, Rodney created TOUR MODE to bridge the gap between training and touring — giving dancers the tools, mindset, and professionalism required to succeed on and off the stage.
